01Introduction & Eligibility

02Account Registration & Management

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same National ID or passport number is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Your account must not be shared with anyone else.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Bolabets reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for review if suspicious activity is detected.

03Age Requirements

The minimum age to register and bet on bolabets is 18. This isn't just a rule — it's our ethical responsibility. bolabets is committed to keeping minors away from betting.

Bolabets may request a copy of your national ID, birth certificate, or passport to verify your age, either at registration or at any point afterwards. Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is complete.

04Betting Rules

Keep these rules in mind before placing any bets on bolabets. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Review the odds carefully before placing a bet. If the odds change after confirmation, your bet will remain settled at the odds in place at the time of confirmation.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match. Live betting is available while the match is in progress.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bolabets reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.
• If a match is abandoned or does not conclude under the designated rules (see Section 05), the bet will be void.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining legs will be recalculated as a new accumulator.

Bolabets reserves the right to set maximum winning limits. Where specific limits apply to a match or market, they will be displayed before you place your bet.

05Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

At bolabets, you can deposit and withdraw using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. All transactions must be made from your own payment account — third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard verified accounts can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day.
• Fully KYC-verified accounts can withdraw up to ৳2,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Bolabets does not charge any withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Bolabets regularly offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional campaigns. Each bonus comes with its own terms — please read them before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only. The same individual may not claim a welcome bonus across multiple accounts.
• A wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bolabets reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

07Security & KYC Verification

Bolabets complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for transactions above a certain amount.

• Required KYC documents: National ID / Passport / Driving License and proof of address.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
• Your data is fully encrypted and stored on secure servers.
• Bolabets will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bolabets. Violations may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.

• Involvement in match fixing or organized betting syndicates.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to bolabets systems or software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Betting on another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Fraudulent conduct toward bolabets staff.

09Responsible Gaming Policy

11Dispute Resolution

• Bolabets decisions are considered final, though they may be reviewed if there is evidence of fraud.
• In the event of a legal dispute, bolabets is bound by the rulings of its licensing authority.

12Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Bolabets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided. Continued use of bolabets after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
